Over the past 3 years Stephen has been involved with the Australian National Culinary Team being Vice Captain of the Senior Team. Recently Stephen has returned from Stuttgart in Germany where the Team won Silver and Bronze Medals at the Culinary Olympics.
Stephen has competed in the Culinary World Cup in Luxemburg 2022 – bronze medal and Chinese invitational Culinary Cup in Shanghai 2023 – silver medal. Stephen is also the Director of the Australian Culinary Federation (ACF), Tasmanian Chapter. Chair of the Education Committee for the ACF.
